This purpose of this event is to support the Vintage Racing Cars and Motorcycles groups participating in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. Along with the Vintage Race vehicles from the hill climb, we are looking for other cars and motorcycles from the 1920’s through 1980. Cars and motorcycles with previous racing history at Pikes Peak and newer than 1980 will also be considered for entry. The event is open to both show cars & motorcycles and race cars & motorcycles in good, clean condition.
The event will be held at Memorial Park in central Manitou Springs. Each car and motorcycle will be provided adequate show space. The grounds will be separated into Pikes Peak Hill Climb racers, racing vehicles, and show vehicles; with separate areas for cars and motorcycles in each group.

the border problem we (Tom's rig w/ 4 chihuahua express cars ) had was a political retaliation for Obama cancelling the current NAFTA policy of allowing Mexican long haul trucks into the USA the week we arrived therefore Mexico would not let Tom drive his rig into Mexico .
We ended up unloading the race cars and driving 'em the 200 miles to Chihuahua City ...in two hours flat ....
